In the presence of Rinse’s parents, Sunilvas and Ruby, Rinse and Ajeena got married at Chirakkal, Sree Bhagavathi temple. The wedding photo and relevant papers were being sent to.Yet Cherppu C.I Sethu and his Colleagues arrived Sunilvas’s home to threaten him. Moreover there were threatening calls also from CI Which affected Sunilvas Mentally. Nervazhi interfeared in Sunilvas case and solved the problems.

Trikkoor, Thrissur: Sajeevan a politician was celebrating independence on August 15th 2010 by consuming Liquer with his friend Anoop in a private place. There came a police man Raghu and accused them that the place they were seated is public and so it is a violation of law. Immediately he called S.I and S.I came to the scene. They took Anoop and Sajeevan into custody and directed them to come to the police station on bike. Sajeevan refused on fear of falling from bike as he was drunk. But SI was adamant. So Sajeevan set out to the police station on bike. He fell on the way and broke his leg. Then they put Sajeevan into the jeep and took him to Irinjalakuda Thaluk hospital for certification of drinking. There Sajeevan pleaded to the police about leg injury. Police didn’t took notice.
Sajeevan has submitted the two complaints to the related authorities.

Peechi: On 14/06/2010, at 07.00PM Binu on a friend’s bike set out towards his mother’s home at Chelakkara. At a place called Uravumpadam his umbrella fell down on road. He stopped the bike and was picking the umbrella. “you are a thief who steals chains” somebody Said and a group of people started hitting him. He tried to escape but he was caught and handed over to police. Binu tried to prove his innocence but S.I Gopinatha Menon slapped him on face his nose also was swollen after severe strokes and was bleeding. He was bend down by force and hit on his spine. Later he was kicked on chest by the boots. Binu fell down unconscious. Police charged several cases, produced him before court and remanded him for 10 days.

Anthikad: On 5/08/2010, 07.30PM Bindhu fetched daughter Haritha (student of 5thstandard) and son Rohith (Student of 8th standard) from the tuition class and was going towards home on her Scooter. Near Anthikad “AAL CENTRE”, Anthikad SI Prasad stopped Bindhu and told her that 3 people are not supposed to travel on scooter. S.I told Bindhu to drop Haritha at home and return to fetch son Rohith. So Bindhu kept Rohith near the S.I and left home. But she was disappointed to see lonely Rohith in darkness when she came back. Police had left leaving the 13 year old boy in darkness. Bindhu has complained against S.I Prasad.

Alappuzha: On 21/06/2010, 09.15PM Satheesh Nooranadu was talking with a friend on roadside. Nooranadu S.I Sreedharan came there in police jeep and asked Satheesh why he was standing there and started abusing him in filth. When Satheesh replied, S.I threatened him to put him into cell. Satheesh later on made a complaint to the police complaint authority and DYSP held an enquiry also.
But on 27/07/2010 S.I Sreedharan told Satheesh’s friends that the complaint and the enquiry was not true and so S.I will take revenge. In spite of this on 26/07/2010 and 27/07/2010 DYSP called him over the phone to with draw the complaint and threatened him. At this stage Nervazhi joined and helped Satheesh. Nervazhi prepared a detailed complaint about this and submitted to the District police Complaint Authority.

Thiruvanathapuram: Satheesh Kumar was drunk on 09/07/2010 and was quarrelling. His wife gave a compliant to the police and Satheesh was taken, by police, into custody. But he was found dead, on 11/07/2010 at the Thiruvanathapuram, KARAMANA police station, due to poisoning. Police says that Satheesh consumed poison.
Police has not followed, non of the suggestion of the supreme court, in this case. How can a person taken into custody after thorough checking, obtain poison? Police has no reply! Satheesh Kumar was an accused of really 40 criminal Cases! But how can police allow such a criminal to move freely? For this also police has no clear answer!
‘NERVAZHI’ was successful in obtaining Rs/- 3 Lacks to Satheesh's wife Kusala & her 3 children. As Kusala is very poor Nervazhi requests Rs/- 10 Lacks more to Kusala & kids as police was involved in Satheesh Kumar’s Torture & Homicide.

Palakkad: The accused in Sheela’s murder case SAMPATH, on 30/3/2010 was taken to a torture home in Malampuzha and was murdered in a cruel torture event conducted by Palakkad District Supt: Vijay Sakare IPS, Central Region IG Mohammed Yasil IPS, DYSP C.K Ramachandran, S.I T.N Unnikrishnan, P.V.Ramesh and Police officer Syam Prasad.
Rubber rod, Lathi, Building block enclosed in cloth were the weapons used in this murder. He was kicked by boots. There were signs of beating with a kind of rod used by higher police officers. Almost all the bones in his body were fractured. He was continuously tortured for 5 hours. His co – accused Kanakaraj and Manikandan was also tortured by hanging upside down. As soon as Sampath was killed police left Kanakaraj and Manikandan. The victims were tortured after confession of crime, is a serious matter. C.B.I is continuously conducting investigations.

KATTOOR S.I TORTURES SOLE BREAD – EARNER OF A HOUSE
Kattoor, Thrissur : Raghunathan, a poor man, plucks coconuts and rest of the time looks after cattles for his home fire burning. He had a buffalo called “PATHCU” on 25/06/2010 Patchu entered neighbuor Latha’s compound, after breaking the fence. On hearing this Raghunathan went and called buffalo by name (Patchu) and Patchu followed him.
But Latha thought that the name that he called out was filth and complained to the KATTOOR Police . Kattoor S.I Soni Mathayi, on 27/06/2010 summoned Raghunathan to the police station and tortured him. He was bit on his back several times. His lip was injured. S.I kept him at the police station till 09.30 PM and then allowed him to leave. The severely injured Raghunathan was admitted to the Irinjalakuda Thaluk hospital. He was there for one week.

Peringottukara, Thrissur : 17 years old Shakil was returning home at 11.45PM after watching a film from peringottukara. As he was turning to his lane from the main road, S.I Prasad stopped him and questioned. Shakil showed the ticket of the cinema but S.I did not believe. S.I held Shakil by his neck and Pushed him to the jeep. S.I twisted his right hand, pounded him on his shoulder ribsand spine. Later Shakil was ordered to run. Shakil became so weak that he was unable to run. Yet he ran and fell down at the next bus stop. He was injured.
Workers of NERVAZHI, after hearing this came to the spot and hospitalized Shakil. His parents also were informed by Nervazhi.

Mangalapuram, Thiruvanathapuram : Jyothikumar was arrested on 24 August 2009. He was kept under police custody for 7 days at Mangalapuram police station and one day at kazhakoottam police station. He was tortured inccesantly on all these days. Police practiced wild methods of torture. He was hanged from the ceiling fan and was hit,tied up his hands and was hit and cane treatment was given under his foot.
18 year old ANJU an I.T.I Student was missing and Anju’s father in the complaint had mentioned that Jyoyhikumar and ANJU used to converse over the phone. This was the reason for his arrest. While ANJU was staying with a relative and was found out after two days. Yet JYOTHIKUMAR was not released. Beyond that, under section IPC 366 & 376 A Case was filed. He was allowed to go on bail only after producing before the court.

VALAPPAD, THRISSUR : A civil case was pertaining between Radhakrishnan and his neighbour Biju. Valapad police interfeared. A police officer Prabhakaran belonging to the valappad police station abused and pushed Radhakrishnan by his neck, in his own compound and orderd Radhakrishnan to be present at the police station immediately. Radhakrishnan quried the reason for all these. On hearing this the police officer rang up S.I and requested him to come to the spot.
Immediately valappad S.I Sandeep arrived at the spot with a few policemen and took Radhakrishnan under custody. At the police station S.I Sandeep, Prabhakaran and Sunil charged Radhakrishnan until he was unconscious. Later they made a petty case of making fracas on road about Radhakrishnan and allowed him bail with injuries all over the body. He was hospitalized for 4 days . No police, No inquest.
